Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm (flexibility available)
Responsible for: Providing support for the business management and sales functions
Salary: up to £20K dependent on experience
Part time options will be considered – but a minimum of 4 days coverage would be required
At Juggling Octopus, we provide business support to other businesses across the UK; from small, one-man bands selling purely on social media, through an info-tech company in London, to a family run local business with a £1million+ turnover. All our clients have different needs, and we can help them all. We are now looking to expand our team and are looking for someone to help us with a range of daily tasks, both administrative and sales based.
You will be working in a small but fast paced team, where organisational skills and time management are key to the efficient running of this business.
· Working on multiple campaigns at any one time
· Ability to adapt to each customer campaign and understand what’s required
· Outbound calling to ascertain customer interest levels and appointment setting
· Executing each customer campaign within its designated time frame
· Updating social media
· Proactive use of the CRM and timesheets
· General office duties including - typing up reports, sales collateral & writing blogs
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
· Basic knowledge of Office
· A “Can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn
· Personable, approachable and must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
· A self-starter who seeks out work and ways to make improvements
· Excellent planning and organisational skills with an eye for detail
